Pre-heat oven at 180 C
Start by peeling the carrots and putting them inside a mincer together with the onion.
Blend them until they are small-sized cubes.
Then rinse and add the chickpeas in the mincer, blend until it makes a crumbly paste.
Add all the spices and the salt.
Then form 6 patties with your hands and roll those in sesame seeds.
Put them on a tray and inside the pre-heated oven.
Bake the patties for 20/25 mins.
