02. Heat coconut milk on low-medium heat until warm-hot. Add the agar powder and whisk continuously until dissolved completely. 2-3 mins. Reduce heat to low, add the vinegar, salts, lemon juice and keep whisking for a min.
03. Mix the starches in 1 tbsp water and add, keep whisking until well combined. Remove from heat and pour in well oiled container. (You can add herbs, nutritional yeast & other seasonings at this point.)
04. Let set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
