Put all these things into a blender and go at it until everything is liquefied and smooth. Get a non-stick pan hot on medium-high heat, and use a little cooking spray between crepes. Pour in a 5? or 6? blob of batter, and tilt pan to spread it around as thinly as possible. Give each side about 2 minutes, remove, rinse, lather, repeat. We recommend frequent sampling as you cook.
