add tomato sauce and cook 1 min.
add tomatoes and juice, basil, parsley, oregano, red pepper
cover and simmer for 1 hour
Crumble tofu in bowl
add garlic, basil, parsley, salt and pepper
Cook noodles
Assembly: 13x9
add one cup sauce
add noodles
add tofu
add spinach
add 1.5 cup sauce
repeat three layers
top with tofu and sauce
cover foil
bake 400 30 minutes
