Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a small amount of oil until onions become translucent, and mushrooms are fairly dry. Put this in a bowl and mix in the cashews, thyme, bread crumbs, salt & pepper. Make a small aluminum foil ring, and fill with mixture.
Bake for 10-12 minutes ~~at; 400 degrees.
