Crust:
1) Place all ingredients except for dates in food processor or blender, process and then begin adding dates 1 at a time, it should begin to stick together.
2) Move crust mixture into pie pan and press evenly into the dish.
Filling:
1) In a bowl combine all filling ingredients (except for strawberries) and mix.
2) Pour into the center of prepared pie dish.
3) Place pie in fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
4) Slice strawberries and arrange on top of pie.
