Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients into a medium bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients into a small bowl.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir everything together but don't over stir. The combined mixture should be a very thick dough. Form the dough into cookies. If the dough is too dry add 1 teaspoon of canola oil and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. If the dough is too wet add 1 teaspoon of flour at a time.
Bake the cookies for 11 minutes.
