1.) Sear beef in a non stick skillet on high just long enough to brown outer edges.
2.) Place beef and all ingredients in a crockpot or heavy soup pot.
3.) Cook on medium heat in crock-pot for 3 - 4 hours –longer on low heat.
4.) Cook on medium heat in a soup pot for 30 – 45 minutes.
