Suggest a better descriptionPut oil in skillet and brown onion and celery. Add beef to pan and brown. Put beef, onions, and celery in pot. Add water to pot. Cut up carrots and put in pot. Peel and cut up potatoes and put in pot. Add frozen vegetables, okra, stewed tomatoes and mashed potatoes to pot. Let soup simmer for at least an hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
