Put flour in food processor. Cut cream cheese and butter into chunks and add to flour. Pulse until rough chunks appear then process at full speed for 15 seconds. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat oven to 350
Line a large springform pan with cream cheese dough. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
Mix cream cheese in processor until smooth. Add eggs, cheese, half and half, and pepper. Blend. Stir in vegetables and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour until center is firm and outside is golden.
