Combine carrots, cucumbers, onions, green pepper and
celery; drain well. Combine salt, lemon juice, cheese and
mayonnaise, blending well. Stir in vegetables. Spread on
white bread and top with whole wheat bread. Cut into finger
sandwiches if desired. Makes 5 to 6 sandwiches or 15 to 18
finger sandwiches.
