Large pot 1/2 full of water.
Add 10-12 beef bouillon cubes and stew meat.
Bring to boil - then turn down to a good simmer
Add onion, bell pepper, cabbage, corn
Simmer 3 hours
Add red wine/burgandy, celery and simmer 2-3 hours
Add stewed tomatoes and potatoes during last hour of cooking.
