Put meat into oven casserole or large baking dish. Cut up carrots, potatoes, and onions. Mix with meat. Combine in separate bowl the onion soup, tomato soup, and mushroom soup. Add 1/2 can of water just enough to thin soups a little. Combine stew meat and vegetables. Cover and place in oven at 275 for 4-4.5 hours. Check meat for doneness.
