A childhood favorite of mine.
Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Fill rest of pot with water (about 1" from the top). Heat until weight wiggles. Turn down heat to medium and cook 15 more minutes. Place in cool water and wait for steam to release or release steam according to pressure cooker instructions. Open pot and serve.
