Its a persian stew that will be eaten with rice,it is healthy and it also fills you up.
Cook the lamb and red beans with water. Fry the chopped onions until they become gold and fry the chopped vegetables. then mix the fried onions with salt and turmeric with vegetables. add dried limes and verjuice to the mixture. Add 1/2 cup water in it and let it cook a little with low temperature for half an hour. Then add cooked lamb and red beans to it and wait for an hour until there is only a bit of water in it. (You can add some lemon juice for taste.)
(You should eat this stew with cooked rice)
