* Coat the "chicken" cutlets well with Parmesan cheese. In some butter, saute garlic, and "chicken" over medium heat, until golden brown on both sides, using rest of butter as needed. Set aside as they are browned.
* Discard garlic. In same butter, saute mushrooms and set aside and saute onion until golden. Add cayenne, bouillon cube and hot water, stirring until browned bits clinging to the pan. Add "chicken", onions and mushrooms and cook for 1 min. over hi heat. Add Marsala and continue to cook for 5 min.
