Heat 1 cup of water to boiling, mix w/ textured soy protein.
While soaking, heat skillet w/ veg oil and add carrot- stir and soften
While cooking, dice apples, tomatoes, sausage - add these and cumin to pan
Stir and cover
Dump excess water from protein- once it's fairly soft, add to pan.
Add tamari and worcestershire - stir and cover
Simmer on medium for five minutes
serve w/ cilantro or parsley
