Put eggs, pecans, onion, soy sauce,and cottage cheese in a food processor and process till smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and add breadcrumbs and rolled oats. Leave to rest for 15 mins.
Cut each pastry sheet in half and lay 1/4 of the mix like a sausage along the length of each piece of pastry.
Brush the far edge with a little egg wash or milk and roll up snuggly into a long roll.
Cut each into 5 small sausage rolls using a sharp knife.
Place on a greased baking tray, with enough room around them to expand as they cook.
Brush with egg wash or milk.
Bake in a hot oven, 200 degrees C , for 20 mins or till browned.
