Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan; add onion, green pepper and garlic. Saute until tender. Add tofu and soy sauce; continue cooking and stirring until tofu starts to brown. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Cook 2-3 minutes. Serve hot over toasted burger buns.
