Heat Vegetable Oil in medium sauté pan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cooked for 6 minutes stirring. Add Zuchini, cook for 6 mins. Add Chic Peas, Tofu, Tomatoe Sauce, Oregano, Basil, Salt n Pepper, Parmesan Cheese and cook for
another 10 mins stirring.
Take Peppers from oven and spoon in mixture into open side of pepper
