Squash and green tomato fritters
Chop up all veggies and put in large bowl with herbs and seasonings.
Beat eggs in separate bowl then add to veggies. Mix up well. Then add flour and mill to the bowl and fold in until you have a thick, wet batter.
Heat oil in skillet on medium. Spoon in batter with a medium spoon. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Makes 15-20 fritters. Enjoy!
