A variation on the typical tater tot hotdish that is a little more veggie-centric
Blanch the green beans in boiling water. Saute the onions and mushrooms, seasoning with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk and soup with garlic salt and black pepper. Mix in the cabbage, green beans, bratwurst, and onion/mushroom mixture and place in a 9x9 pan.
Place tater tots on top of the mixture, spreading evenly (should nearly cover the dish).
Place in a 425 degree oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
