1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook macaroni
3. Melt butter and add flour and whisk together.
4. Gradually add milk over medium heat until it thickens and bubbles.
5. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
6. Add chunks of velveeta and stir while it melts.
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Pour drained macaroni in a greased 9x13 pan.
9. Pour sauce over macaroni, coating all noodles.
10. Bake 20 minutes, then place cheese slices on top and bake for 5-7 more minutes.
11. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to cool.
