Risotto for den dovne
1. Varm bouillon i gryde og lad stå og simre
2. Vamr olie og halvdelen af smøret i anden gryde.
3. Tilsæt løg og svits i ca 5 minutter indtil de er bløde og klare.
4. Tilsæt pancetta og steg videre i to minutter ved jævn varme.
5. Rør risen i og bland godt med resten.
6. Tilsæt den varme bouillon, skru ned for varmen og lad simre i 10 min.
7. Tilsæt ærterne og kog videre 5-6 min til de er møre.
8. Tag gryden af varmen og rør resten af smøret, mynte, parmesan i.
