Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl. Next mix in hamburger and put in the refrigerator overnight.
Roll 1/8" to 1/4" thick. Cut into strips with a pizza cutter and place in the dehydrator for 2 hours.
In the meantime, prepare the solution to be brushed onto the jersey after the 2 hours in the dehydrator. 1 bottle of liquid smoke mixed 50/50 with water. Mix well. Brush on jersey.
When done, should be firm and hard. Roll between wax paper and aluminum foil.
Cook approximately 12 hours and make sure to rotate the racks. Just make sure it is done before putting in wax paper.
