Very easy pancakes that you can make in a couple of minutes.
Whisk the Ingredients together thoroughly to make the batter
Pour individual spoonfuls into a very slightly greased pan or hot plate. Turn when bubbles form (or check underside and turn when brown) - This won't take long at all so don't get distracted.
Serve with your choice of delicious topping (Personally I like to put on butter, sugar & lemon juice)
Pancake batter does not keep very well, so it's best to use all the batter within 24 hours. You can always make extra pancakes and put them in the fridge or freezer (just make sure to separate the individual pancakes with greaseproof paper or they will stick together in the fridge/freezer)
