Suggest a better descriptionRemove teams ends and green tops of leeks leaving about 2" of the white portion and peel and slice onions. Melt btter in saucepan. Add leeks, saute 5 minutes; and chicken stock. Cook over medium heat until tender.
Pree in belnder and then add milk. After it cools, season to taste with peper and salt. Chill. Serve garnish with minced chives and parsley. Add cavier to mixture.
