Suggest a better descriptionCombine crackers and 1 stick butter. Press into 8-inch square baking dish. Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Spread over cracker crust. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, parsley and cheese. Pour over onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.
