Cook rice noodles.
Prepare pork by method of choice. Can boil. Slice into thin strips.
Saute or boil shrimp. Slice in half lengthwise.
Dip rice paper in warm water for a few seconds, then lay on cutting board, Add lettuce first, then herbs as desired, cucumber, noodles, and pork.
Roll until 1/3 of rice paper is left and put shrimp in decoratively.
Wrap in plastic wrap to keep moist if not serving immediately.
