Suggest a better descriptionBring out cream cheese for at least 30 mins to soften (at room temperature)
1) preheat oven to 325
2) put the cream cheese packets in the bowl first, then 2 eggs, followed by the sugar, and finally the vanilla extract
3) mix until the large chunks are broken down, and there is no yellow in the batter from the eggs.
4) pour into graham crust and level it out so the cake does not come out lopsided
5) bake in the oven for 40 minutes (optional: put cheesecake in a waterbath)
6) after baking, let it slowly cool before putting it in a fridge for at least 3 hours. Ideally it should be overnight.
7) if you are adding a fruit glaze on top, put it on the cheesecake after 2 hours in the fridge
