Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl with mixer on low speed beat margarine and sugar until blended. Increase mixer speed to high and beat for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. At low speed, beat in flour, vinegar, and baking soda until mixed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake 17 to 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven until edges are golden. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
