Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put frozen crust into the oven and bake until light golden brown. Approximately 8-10 minutes. If crust puffs up, prick it with a knife and continue baking.
Bring water to boil in a sauce pan. Boil broccoli for 3-5 minutes or until tender but crispy. Remove broccoli from water and drain on a paper towel.
In a frying pan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; to taste. Cook until onions are translucent and tender.
Put eggs and milk into a medium bowl. Beat well with a whisk.
Add cheese and onion to egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Spread the broccoli out in the pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over the broccoli. Place the quiche on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until quiche is set in the middle and the top is starting to turn golden brown.
Remove quiche from oven and place on a wire cooling rack. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Cut and serve. Enjoy!
