Cook crushed garlic in oil until transparent, add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper flakes and cook until thickened. Add 2 cups cream and vodka, stir and bring to a full boil. Lower heat and cook until thickens.
Cook pasta, drain and add sauce. Add parsley on top.
