Mix red pepper flakes, oregano, basil, parsley, vodka and chicken stock and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
In a large sauce pot, add oil and saute onions, garlic, and prosciutto until prosciutto turns golden brown. Add vodka mix and simmer until strong alcohol smell dissipates (about 10 minutes). Add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste, stirring occasionally. Add heavy cream and simmer for another ~5-10 minutes stirring frequently.
