Super easy!!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt into 9" square pan. Make 3 indents: oil in one, vinegar in one, vanilla in one. Pour water over all and stir with a fork until blended. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool and frost, or sprinkle chocolate chips before baking.
