Waffle Brownies
Melt Butter and cocoa in a pot. Cool slightly. Then to the mixture add 4 eggs and beat, then mix in 1/1/2 cups of sugar, 2 TAB of apple sauce (optional) and 2 cups of flour. Cook in waffle iron, as you normally cook a regular waffle. If you want the waffles to be crispy don't add the applesauce. Top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream and drizzle some hot fudge or caramel sauce over it.
