Omelet cooked in a waffle maker

1) Cook bacon. Crumble two slices.
2) Spray waffle maker with Pam, preheat to 375 degrees.
3) whisk together eggs, half and half or milk and salt; stir in cheese.
4) When waffle iron is ready, slowly pour in egg mixture. Top each half with crumbled bacon and close.
5) Cook for 5 minutes.
