Crispy & fluffy! Can even fool the gluten eaters! I made these and my house smelled like white cake all day.
1. Combine ingredients in first bowl with whisk.
2. Whisk ingredients in second bowl. Combine both bowls until just moistened.
3. Pour by 1/4 cup onto heated waffle iron (setting #4) and cook until steaming stops.
Let cool on wire rack. Do not stack on plates or on top of each other or they will go soggy.
