Simple waffle recipe
Whip egg whites until stiff. In a large bowl, combine egg yolks, half and half, vanilla, melted butter. Pour the baking mix into the half and half mixture. Mix well. Fold the egg whites into combined mixture. Bake in a pre-heated waffle iron.
