Not too bad waffles
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add milk, oil and vanilla and mix together. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture and mix until blended. It will be fairly thick.
Put a portion on a hot, oiled waffle iron and cook until done
