Suggest a better descriptionSeason chicken with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat. Brown chicken for about 4-5 minutes each side and check that the internal temperature meets or exceeds 170 degrees. Cube chicken and allow to cool. Prep the rest of the ingredients and combine, mixing well. Chill for at least 30 minutes, and serve as a sandwich, with crackers, or as lettuce wraps.
