Suggest a better descriptionArrange onion slices in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn over the onion slices, and bake an additional 25 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Let cool; coarsely chop onion. Combine the chopped onion and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1/3 cup). Per serving: 35 Calories; 2g Fat (40% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 5g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 342mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Serve relish with grilled salmon or chicken. NOTES : Vidalias or other sweet onion can be substituted for the Walla Walla onion.
