1. Saute onions in a non-stick or lightly oiled pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, rice, walnuts, onions, celery, oats and parsley and mix well. Set aside.
3. Pour cashews, soy sauce and tofu into a blender along with enough water to keep blending until extremely smooth
4. Add gluten flour to blender and pulse the blender for several seconds.
5. Add saut?ed onions, salt and blended liquid to bread crumb mixture and mix well.
6. Using a ? cup scoop, wax paper and a large jar ring, form into patties about ?" thick. Place in a lightly oiled or non-stick fry pan and cook both sides until brown.
7. Serve with burger buns and garnishes.
