This is a nicely sweet & crunchy recipe for our favorite fish, Mahi Mahi. I got this recipe from a friend who deep sea fishes and has alot of experience with experimenting with fish recipes. This is her favorite (and mine!) (She gave me permission to put out her recipe on Big Oven)
Mix all ingredients into a paste and then spread it on top of Mahi Mahi. Bake for 10-12 minutes ~~at; 400 degrees.
