This is a cake that became so popular on the cruises that they finally wound up putting it on the menu of dessert choices every single night. In our family, my Brian ate this cake for dessert every single night on the cruise! (Carnival Cruise Line)
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Let the chocolate cool 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix four eggs with sugar and whisk.
Add flour and whisk.
Add remaining three eggs and whisk.
Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture.
Pour into individual ramekins.
Bake until just done, about 15-20 minutes (interior will be melting).
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
