Suggest a better description1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Heat over medium high heat. Add onion and pepper. Saute 2 minutes or until soft.
2. Add shrimp, dressing. Cook 3 minutes until shrimp are just done. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in olives, dressing, lemon juice and zest. Immediately pour over spinach. Toss to coat and slightly wilt spinach. Sprinkle with feta.
