Preheat the oven to 325 degreesF. Lightly spray a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with oil.
For the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the Pears, Apples, honey, lemon juice, flour & cinnamon. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
For the Topping:
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, nuts, flour, salt and coconut oil. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling.
Bake until browned and bubbling. 55 minutes to 1 hour. Serve warm.
