Suggest a better description1 Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add the bacon, cook for five minutes. Follow with the turkey strips. 2 Add the halved kumquats and then the wine vinegar, orange juice and chives. Heat through. In a separate pan cook the croutons in olive oil until golden brown. 3 Place all the dressing ingredients in a screw-topped jar or in a mixing bowl and whisk or shake together. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary. 4. Spoon the turkey and bacon mix over the top and scatter with croutons. Drizzle the dressing over just before serving. Recipe by: Good Living
