Prepare cake mix as directed on package- Pour into 13 X 9 greased cake pan.
Pour milk and water into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes and sugar- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until blended - Pour over cake batter in pan. Place cake pan on a baking sheet in case of dripping.
Bake- 55 minutes to 1 hour luntil tooth pick in center comes clean. COOL in pan 20 minutes and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm or cold. Garnish with mixed berries if desired.
