Suggest a better description1. To prepare the dressing: Whisk together the shallot, chives, basil, honey & balsamic vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil, salt & pepper.
2. To prepare the salad: Gently toss together the greens, crisp fennel, toasted hazelnut, salt, pepper & 2 1/2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette dressing.
3. Place on desired plate. Place the cubed watermelon on the salad mix. Crumble the goat cheese on top.
4. Finish with more drizzled vinaigrette dressing to taste.
